Shahrukh as a professors in KJo's Student Of The Year?

Karan Johar for the first time will not be working with his best friend Bollywood baadshah Shahrukh Khan. Surprised? Well, that is what the rumours suggested after Karan Johar launched the first look of his next film Student Of The Year. But, KJo shuts up the gossip mongers, by declaring that Shahrukh Khan apart from being a co-producer in the film will also be an integral part of the script.

The film Student Of The Year, which will mark as the debut film for three news young actors Varun Dhawan, Siddarth Malhotra and Aliya Bhatt (daughter to Mahesh Bhatt's), will have Shahrukh Khan in a significant role for the plot of the film.

Karan Johar is presently working on Shahrukh Khan's character in the film. It is also reported that Shahrukh will play one if the professors in the film. So, will it be like the next Mohabbatein, where in Shahrukh being an integral part of the film acted as a mentor to the three young couple? Or will it be the next Kuch Kuch Hota Hai wherein Shahrukh will play the cool mentor to the new-generation kids.

Who Knows what KJO is planning for his friend SRK. We are happy that Shahrukh ones again will be an eye-treat to his fans with his romantic Kuch Kuch Hota or Mohabbatein attitude.

Shahrukh-Amitabh-Dench together to promote education

The Oscar winning sound engineer Resul Pookutty has brought together the top two Bollywood icons, Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan with Hollywood actress Judi Dench for a noble cause. All these biggies have joined hands to spread education among the underprivileged in India.

They will promote education among the low-income group and explain the fact that educating their children is the sole way to get a better way to life and future. Pookutty's foundation has been silently working towards the growth of socio-economic status of India. The foundation has now planned to gear up the noble cause. Resul expressed to TOI, “It is unimaginable that even in the 21st century there is rampant illiteracy in India. We are making our presence felt in the world and this aspect is something that should definitely be tackled. Along with economy and cultural boom, India should not be spoken as a country that is also illiteracy stricken.”

Resul revealed that Amitabh has been acting as a parent to the project by helping him with funds and goodness. He said that he was planning for new ideas when Judi Dench helped him draw plans for the eradication of poverty in India. Judi was in India while shooting for her film in Rajasthan, she was moved by poverty in India and extended her hands to help Resul's cause.

Talking about Judi, Resul told TOI that, “Judi has told me to draw plans and just tell her what is to be done and she will try her level best to do more than what has been asked of her."

The sound magician said that Shahrukh Khan was very keen to extend his support for the cause when he came to know about the project during the shootings of the film Ra.One.
